Bring every guest with you.
Export from Tock. Drop the file into Oxto. Every guest, every past visit and every party size lands in minutes, and from then on the room runs on one record.

Oxto
Guests
An example file. Oxto shows you what it found, new guests, guests it already knows and visits to add, before anything is written. Then every guest has a record that keeps growing.
Four steps, no migration project.
No data partner and no spreadsheet surgery. A file from Tock, dropped into Oxto.
Export from Tock.
Download Daily Details for your whole date range, or your guest list, as a CSV. Either file works.
Drop it into Oxto.
Oxto reads name, email, mobile, date, time, party size, notes and tags. It matches people by email, then by mobile, and turns each past booking into a visit. You see the preview first. Nothing is written until you say so.
Add your Mailchimp audience.
Export it as a CSV and drop it in the same way. Everyone keeps their status, so the guests who said yes to email are the ones you can email.
Run the room on it.
From then on every walk-in, booking, RSVP and club member adds to the same guest. Type a mobile at seating and their visits are already there.
Everything you know about a guest, in one record.
Date, time and party size from Tock. Orders, club and where they live from your commerce tools. How they found you and what they like to drink from Oxto itself.

Then Oxto is the record.
Every visit from now on lands on the same guest, and your email and commerce tools hear about it.
At the door
Type a mobile when a party arrives. Their past visits, usual party size and notes are already on the table.
In your list
Returning guests, club members and people who have not been back in a while, grouped for you and ready for a targeted email.
In your tools
Bookings and visits flow out to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify and Vinoshipper as they happen.
Questions, answered.
Yes. Every booking in the file with a date becomes a past visit with its party size, time and notes. Cancellations and no-shows are left out and counted in the preview. Run the file again later and the visits already there are skipped, so nothing is added twice.
No. A Tock export says nothing about email consent, so those guests are listed but not emailable until they opt in. Your Mailchimp export carries each person’s status, so the people who said yes stay emailable and the people who unsubscribed stay unsubscribed.
Oxto needs one or the other to know who someone is. Those rows are counted and shown in the preview, so you know exactly what stayed behind. The same person can be added at the door later with a mobile, and their visits start from there.
A Tock or Mailchimp file can be up to 20,000 rows or 4 MB in one go. Longer history splits by date range and imports in parts. Customer exports from Commerce7, WineDirect, Vinoshipper and Shopify take CSV up to 10 MB and Excel up to 25 MB, with every tab read.
Most reservation systems export the same columns: name, email, mobile, date, time and party size. Send us a sample file and we will confirm it reads cleanly before you switch.
