You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the app for fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content within the app.

By submitting content, you grant Oxto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

You are responsible for the content you post.

We may remove content that violates our guidelines.

Oxto provides informational content about wineries.

We do not guarantee:

• Availability of reservations
• Quality of winery experiences
• Accuracy of all winery information

Users are responsible for confirming details directly with wineries.

Oxto does not process payments or store credit card information at this time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxto is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Experiences or interactions with wineries
• User-generated content

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these Terms.

Users may initiate account deletion through the Settings page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
