Seat everyone in two taps.
Draw your tasting room once. Then see every table, every party and how long each tasting has left, from the host stand.
Built for a tasting room, not a restaurant.
Walk-ins, a bar, a patio and tastings with a set length. Everything else stays out of the way.
Draw your own floor
Round, square, long and picnic tables, lounges and a bar. Drag them where they really are.
Bar stools, one by one
Parties sit side by side, and each stool shows its own time left.
Two-tap walk-ins
Tap a table, tap the party size. Name and mobile are optional.
Time left at every table
A ring runs down with the tasting, turns amber near the end and red if it runs over.
Drag to move a party
Their seat time comes with them to the new table.
Reset and ready
Mark a party gone, reset the table, and it is open for the next guests.
Patio on a switch
Close it when the weather turns, and set its season dates once.
The room at a glance
Guests in house, open seats, tables wrapping up and the next tables to open.
Questions, answered.
Yes. Start from a tasting room layout or a blank floor, then add tables, a bar with as many stools as you have, a patio and any other area. Set seats, names and which tables take walk-ins or online bookings, and change it whenever the room changes.
Two taps: the table, then the party size. Add a name or mobile if you have it. The table starts its tasting timer right away, using the tasting length you set.
Their table turns amber before the tasting ends and red once it runs over. Add 15 minutes with one tap, or drag the party to another table and their time moves with them.
