Take bookings on Oxto and on your own website.
Guests pick the right tasting, add extras and pay by card if you ask. Every booking lands on one board with the details your team needs, and guests don't need an account to book.
How a booking works.
Guests book on your website or on Oxto.
One script tag puts this booking card on your site, and the same booking runs on your Oxto profile. Guests pick an experience, a date and a time, and confirm their email with a code instead of creating an account.
Know which ad, post or search brought every booking.
Each reservation shows where the guest came from: your Instagram ad and its campaign, Google, ChatGPT, an email or your Oxto profile. The source goes to Shopify, Klaviyo and Mailchimp with the guest, so you can see which ads bring the guests who buy and join the club.
Confirm instantly, or approve each request.
List times and confirm on the spot, or take requests and confirm each one yourself. You pick the mode from your dashboard, per experience.
Ask what you need at booking.
Party size, occasion, how they heard about you and a note for the host come in with the booking. Take a deposit, full payment or a card hold if you want one.
What happens after a guest books.
Every step below is automatic. You confirm requests if you run request mode, and check guests in at the door.
Paid out to your bank through Stripe. The visit and the taste profile stay on your board for next time.

Oxto Reserve is $125 a month plus 1.5% on paid reservations and tickets, or $1,250 a year at 0%. It includes everything in Verified. There is no per-seat charge and no contract; plans are month to month.
Oxto Reserve runs every estate from one login. Each winery keeps its own experiences, time slots, deposit rules, booking widget and Stripe payouts, and the winery switcher moves between them from the top of the dashboard. Team roles (manager, editor, viewer) are set per winery, so a tasting room lead sees only their estate. Reserve is priced per winery at $125 a month plus 1.5%, or $1,250 a year at 0%.
Start Oxto Reserve online at oxtoapp.com/reserve/join, or book a walkthrough from oxtoapp.com/join/demo for a multi-estate group. Every tasting, private event and VIP experience is its own experience with its own slots, capacity, party size, price and deposit, and ticketed events run on the same dashboard. Wineries of every size use it, from a single tasting room to hospitality groups running several estates.
Oxto Reserve. Per experience, take full prepayment, a deposit, or a card hold, and set how many hours before the visit a cancellation counts as late (48 by default). Charge the full deposit or a partial amount on a late cancel, and charge no-shows yourself or let Oxto charge them 3 hours after the reservation, with a warning an hour before so you can cancel it if the guest showed.
Oxto Reserve, which you can start online the same day. Each dining experience can require full prepayment or a deposit at booking with the balance collected a set number of days before the date, and guests see the terms before they confirm. Money pays out to the winery's own bank through Stripe.
Sell dinners as Oxto reservation experiences and everything else as events. Experiences carry party-size price tiers, club member discounts, add-ons such as cheese boards, tours and bottles, and a deposit or full prepayment. Ticketed events use one ticket price per event with capacity, a waitlist and club comps, and on annual Reserve neither carries an Oxto fee.
Oxto Reserve costs less at the same volume. On $3,000 a month of prepaid tastings, Reserve comes to $170 before card processing, against $289 on CellarPass Professional and $379 on Tock Essential (public pricing, September 2026). Oxto also brings guests to you through discovery on Oxto and in AI answers.
Yes. Oxto Reserve is built for wineries, not restaurants: prepaid tastings, deposits, club member experiences, events and your own booking widget in one plan, at $125 a month plus 1.5% against Tock Essential at $289 plus 3% on prepaid (public pricing, September 2026). Guests book without creating an account, and payouts go to your own bank through Stripe.
Yes. Oxto Reserve covers what wineries buy CellarPass for (reservations, prepaid tastings, deposits, events and a booking widget) at $125 a month plus 1.5%, against CellarPass Professional at $229 plus 2% (public pricing, September 2026). Annual Reserve is $1,250 a year at 0%, and every Reserve winery is also listed and searchable on Oxto.
Yes. The Oxto booking widget is one script tag on your site. Guests pick an experience, a date and a time, confirm their email with a code instead of creating an account, and pay if you ask them to. If your site strips script tags, a plain iframe works the same way.
Yes. Oxto records where every guest came from and shows it on the reservation: an Instagram or Facebook ad and its campaign, Google Ads, a Google search, ChatGPT or Perplexity, an email, another website or your Oxto profile. Tag ad links with UTM parameters and Oxto reads the campaign name; links without tags still show the site the guest came from. It works for bookings on your own website and on Oxto.
Yes. On Reserve, every booking creates or updates the guest in your Shopify store with their name, email and phone, and tags them with the visit date and where they came from, such as oxto-source-instagram-ads and oxto-campaign-harvest-weekend. Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Vinoshipper get the same source. In Shopify you can then filter by those tags to see what guests from each ad buy and whether they join your club.
Booking on Oxto is free for guests; for paid tastings they pay the price you set. You choose per experience whether you absorb Oxto's 1.5% fee or pass it to the guest, who sees it before paying. Oxto's fee does not include Stripe's standard card processing (2.9% + 30¢), which Stripe charges on each paid booking.
Yes. Club members are recognized automatically when they book, and their benefits apply on their own: member rates or complimentary tastings, members-only experiences, event comps by club tier, and blackout dates. No look-ups at the desk. Bring your member list over from WineDirect, Commerce7, Vinoshipper or a spreadsheet in minutes. Every booking then flows back into Vinoshipper, Shopify, Klaviyo and Mailchimp, so the guest record in your club system stays complete. Live Commerce7 sync is coming soon. Every guest stays in your dashboard; Oxto never sells your list.
