To join Oxto Reserve, go to oxtoapp.com/join/reservations, sign in, claim your winery, add your tastings and the times you take guests, choose how guests pay and connect Stripe, then pick a plan and go live. Setup takes about 20 minutes and is free until you publish. Oxto Reserve is $125 a month plus 1.5% per reservation, or $1,250 a year at 0%.

What do you need before you start?
- Your winery’s name, so you can find and claim your listing.
- Your tastings: names, prices per guest, and party sizes.
- The days and times you take guests.
- Your wine club member list as a spreadsheet, if you have a club. Optional.
- Your business and bank details for Stripe, so payments reach your account.
- A card for your Oxto Reserve plan.
Step 1: Go to Oxto Reserve and sign in
Open Oxto Reserve and click Start with Reserve. Sign in with Google, Apple, or your email address. With email, Oxto sends a 6-digit code, so there is no password to remember.
Step 2: Find and claim your winery
Type your winery’s name under Find your winery, pick it from the results, and confirm it on the Is this you? screen with Claim your winery. If your winery is not on Oxto yet, add it here.
Choose Oxto Reserve as your plan. When you claim or add a listing, Stripe saves your card at this point and nothing is charged. Oxto confirms you run the winery before your listing goes live.
Step 3: Add your tasting experiences
Add each tasting guests can book: a name, a short description, the price per guest or a flat price, and the party size you allow. Add as many as you offer.
On the next screen you can add optional extras like a cheese board or a bottle to take home. Skip it if you do not offer any. You can edit everything later in your dashboard.
Step 4: Set your availability
Choose how guests book. Set specific times lets guests pick from the days and times you offer, and Take open requests lets them ask for any time for you to approve.
Pick your days, your tasting times, and how many guests fit in each time. Then choose Confirm instantly or Request to book if you prefer to approve each visit.
Step 5: Invite partners and add your wine club
Both steps are optional, and you can skip them and come back later. Invite the concierges, hotels, and tour drivers who send you guests, so they can book on your guests’ behalf.
Upload your club member list from WineDirect, Commerce7, Vinoshipper, or a spreadsheet. When a member books, Oxto flags them on the reservation so you can apply their benefits.
Step 6: Choose how guests pay and connect Stripe
Make three choices: what guests pay when they book (nothing, a deposit, or the full price), whether you hold a card for no-shows and late cancellations, and what guests get back if they cancel. Also choose whether you cover the transaction fee or guests pay it at checkout.
Then click Connect your Stripe account. It takes about 2 minutes. Payments go straight to you, you are the merchant of record, and Oxto takes only its per-reservation fee. Stripe charges its standard card processing rate, currently 2.9% plus 30 cents.
Step 7: Pick your plan, sign the agreement, and go live
Review your experiences, availability, and payments, and edit any section. Choose Monthly at $125 a month plus 1.5% per reservation, or Annually at $1,250 a year with a 0% Oxto fee.
Sign the Oxto Reserve Partner Agreement with your legal entity name, your name, and your title, then click Pay $125 and go live and finish in secure Stripe Checkout. If you saved a card while claiming your winery, it is already on file. You can cancel anytime.
Step 8: Add the booking widget to your website
You are live. Copy your public Oxto page link to share anywhere, and copy the booking widget code. Paste that one line into your website, and guests can book your tastings right on your site. The code is also in your dashboard settings.
What happens after you go live?
- Reservations from your website and from Oxto land in your dashboard, each showing the guest’s taste profile and visit history.
- Club members are recognized when they book, with their benefits applied.
- Every reservation shows where the guest came from: an ad, Google, Instagram, ChatGPT, or an email.
- Guests discover your winery on Oxto by taste and atmosphere, on web and iOS.
- Payments land in your own bank account through Stripe.
