Oxto AITwo Shepherds is a natural wine producer run by partners William Allen and Karen Daenen out of their own Windsor winery — the tasting room sits right on the production floor, so you see exactly how the wine is made. They specialize in Rhône and other uncommon varieties sourced from cool-climate, old-vine, organic vineyards, making 15–20 tiny-lot wines per vintage with native yeast, neutral oak, and minimal SO₂ — nothing fined, nothing filtered. Walk-ins welcome, no reservations needed.
