L'Ecole No 41 has been crafting benchmark Walla Walla wines since 1983 from their landmark 1915 schoolhouse in Lowden. This is third-generation winemaking that respects both Bordeaux structure and Rhône generosity—their GSM consistently shows why Washington does Rhône blends better than most people realize. The staff knows their stuff and actually wants you to understand what you're drinking, whether you're on your first tasting or your hundredth. Walk-ins welcome, though the Private Pour tasting with housemade charcuterie is worth planning ahead for.
