About
Terra Blanca sits on Red Mountain's southwest slope, working estate vineyards rooted in calcium carbonate soils—the kind of white, chalky material that shows up in serious wine regions worldwide. The Tuscan-style facility houses wine caves, a proper tasting room, and a library program pulling aged bottles straight from the cellar. Their Vineyard Grill runs a wood-fired brick oven serving Pacific Northwest ingredients with Italian technique, designed to pair with the estate's Bordeaux-style reds and other Red Mountain bottlings. Tours take you behind the scenes into production areas and caves. There's also a downtown Spokane tasting room in the Chronicle Building for city access to the estate wines.
