Tucked in the foothills where the Cascade and Siskiyou Mountains converge, Irvine & Roberts works a high-elevation estate in Oregon's otherwise warm Rogue Valley. Afternoon mountain breezes strip heat from the vineyard, preserving the natural acidity that defines their estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay—the same cooling effect that makes their traditional method sparkling program viable this far south. The family operation farms sustainably (LIVE and Salmon Safe certified) and keeps production small, with an on-site winery handling fruit from their estate vineyard. The tasting room overlooks unbroken open space toward the golden hills, just minutes from downtown Ashland. They've recently launched a dedicated sparkling club alongside their core still wine memberships, signaling where winemaker ambitions lie. Open daily, walk-ins welcome.
