NUNS CANYON TASTING

Experience the depth, complexity, and nuance of wines sourced from Nuns Canyon Vineyard, the defining and most elevated site of Hamel Family Wines. This immersive experience begins with a guided tour of the winery and adjacent cave, offering insight into the philosophy, meticulous farming, and volcanic terroir that shape these exceptional wines.

CHEF’S TABLE EXPERIENCE

Our most immersive wine and food experience begins with a tour of the winery and adjacent cave, followed by a communal seated tasting. Over approximately two hours, guests explore a curated selection of Biodynamic estate wines, including both library and current releases, paired with gourmet small plates crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients by Chef Thomas Mendel.

This is an educational tasting menu, designed to showcase the art of wine and food pairing.
