Long Shadows operates on a simple but audacious premise: what happens when you pair the world's top winemakers with Washington's finest vineyards? Founded by industry titan Allen Shoup, the project brings together nine acclaimed vintners, each crafting a single wine under the Long Shadows label. Gilles Nicault manages the estate and oversees all cuvées, maintaining quality across a portfolio that spans Bordeaux blends, Syrah, Chardonnay, and more. The Walla Walla tasting room features Chihuly art installations and a serene setting, though the vibe skews polished rather than casual. Tastings run around $30, waived with purchase, and the charcuterie boards earn high marks. Dogs welcome on the patio.
