What is Oxto Reserve?+
Oxto Reserve is a lightweight reservation system built for wineries. It lets guests discover your winery, view your tasting experiences, and submit reservation requests directly through Oxto.
Do I need to replace my current reservation system?+
No. Oxto can work alongside the tools you already use. You can keep your existing CRM, ecommerce platform, POS, and other winery systems while using Oxto to reach new guests and accept reservations.
How do guests find my winery on Oxto?+
Guests can discover wineries through Oxto while searching, browsing, and planning their trips. They can explore your profile, view your experiences, save your winery to an itinerary, and request a reservation.
How does the reservation process work?+
A guest selects an experience, date, time, and party size, then submits a reservation request. Your winery receives the request along with relevant guest information. You can accept or decline the request, and Oxto handles the guest communication.
What guest information do we receive?+
You receive the information needed to evaluate and manage the reservation, including the guest’s name, contact information, party size, reservation details, and available Oxto guest profile information.
We already use Commerce7, Tock, VinoShipper, or another platform. Why would we use Oxto?+
Oxto is designed to complement the systems you already use. Those platforms help manage your existing winery operations. Oxto helps new guests discover your winery, understand your experiences, and book with you.
How much does Oxto Reserve cost?+
Oxto Reserve is $125 per month plus 1.5% per reservation, which the winery absorbs so guests always book free. There are no large setup fees or complicated pricing tiers.
How long does it take to get started?+
Getting started is simple. Once your winery profile and tasting experiences are set up, you can begin receiving reservation requests through Oxto.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No long-term commitment is required. Oxto is designed to be simple to start and easy to evaluate based on the reservations and exposure it generates for your winery.
Who owns the guest relationship and customer data?+
Your winery maintains its relationship with the guests who book with you. Oxto provides the guest and reservation information needed to manage the visit while also operating the Oxto platform and guest experience.
